The InstaTrade Loprais Team De Rooy FPT, featuring Aleš Loprais, David Křípal, and Darek Rodewald, finished Dakar 2025 with a victory in the final stage. This secured them third place in the truck category.
The last stage stood out with a mass start, where teams set off in waves of four. The team competed in the same group as Mitchel van den Brink, battling for second place until the rally’s final day.
David Křípal shared his thoughts: “We knew winning the last stage was possible. Everyone was fully focused on achieving the best result. Our strategy was full throttle and precise execution.” This stage proved that confidence and teamwork lead to success.
Third place confirmed Aleš Loprais’s status as one of the world’s top Dakar Rally drivers. For David Křípal, who transitioned from cars to trucks this year, it marked the biggest achievement in his career. Meanwhile, experienced mechanic and three-time Dakar winner Darek Rodewald celebrated his seventh podium finish.
